A new conflict has erupted in the coastal town of Kfarabida, in the Batroun district, between the municipality and a landowner over a passageway leading to the beach.
Expatriate Halim Zeeni intends on establishing a beach resort in the area, but the municipality seeks to keep the beach free for the public.
