Moawad to LBCI: I am against proportionality as electoral basis

The head of the Independence Movement Michel Moawad told “Nharkom Saiid” show that he stands against holding the parliamentary elections based on proportionaliy. He added that an electoral law based on proportional representation that makes Lebanon one district, is not fair because it eliminates diversity and equal representation of different confessions in the Parliament.
