After Danielle’s death, relatives of road traffic victims stage protest

Death took Danielle Abdo’s soul away on the Daroun-Harissa road only four months before her wedding day.

That road claimed the lives of many people due to the lack of proper illumination and a separator in the middle of the highway, prompting the relatives of road accidents victims and the YASA Organisation to protest on Saturday on the Bkerke-Harissa road.

The protesters called on officials and the ministry of public works to take actions in this regard, threatening to step up their movement in the event that the state fails to meet their demands.
