Qassem: we await Hariri’s approval on proportional law

The Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah Sheikh Naim Qassem hoped that former Prime Minister Saad Hariri would voice his support for the proportional election law to determine the real size of each party in Lebanon.

Qassem was responding to Hariri's statement in which he said the ballots is the best answer to the speech of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

"Hariri's statement shows great confidence that he will win the votes of the constituents and the best election which reflects the true representation of each side in the country is the proportional representation. This law will not confiscate the rights of others because each side will receive his actual share."

"This way the world will know for sure how many support Hariri and how many support the other parties," he explained.
