REPORT: Berri says consensus should be reached over vote law
Speaker Nabih Berri said on Wednesday that the ministers tend to approve the state’s budget and to refer it to the parliament.
 
Berri’s comments were made during his weekly meeting with MPs at Ain el-Tineh.
 
“The government which is formed of all political powers must discuss the electoral law and refer it to the parliament to be approved,” Berri added when asked about the electoral law.
