Hamas Movement declared Friday that the movement’s political official Ali Qassem Abou Khalil was hit by a bullet in the back when he was working on ending the exchange of fire during the clashes that erupted in Bourj al-Barajneh camp.
Abou Khalil was transported to al-Maqased Hospital in Beirut where he was provided with the necessary treatment.
