Bassil from Washington: If Lebanon succeeds, the Islamic State will fail
Minister of Foreign Affairs Gebran Bassil said that a new vote law that gives apt representation for the Lebanese people must be drafted, after the election of President Michel Aoun.
"If Lebanon succeeds, the Islamic State will fail, and if IS succeeds, Lebanon and the whole world will collapse," Bassil said from Washington.
Bassil thanked the US admiration for its “continuous support to Lebanon.”
