PREPORT: Patriarch Rai decorates former Vice PM Issam Fares with a medal

Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai met on Thursday with former Vice Prime Minister Issam Fares and his wife in Bkerke.

Patriarch Rai decorated Fares with a medal as a token of appreciation for all "his work for the country."

Fares has previously met with President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister Saad Hariri.
