One of the main items that were subject to discussion was moving parliamentary seats from constituency to another.

The Christian alliance had called from moving five main seats from constituencies with Muslim majority to others with Christian majority.

 

The Maronite seat of Tripoli was requested to be moved to Batroun.

 

The Maronite seat of West Bekaa was requested to be moved to Jbeil.

 

The Evangelical seat of Beirut’s third constituency was requested to be moved to the first constituency, just like the minorities’ seat.

 

The Maronite seat of Baalbek – Hermel was requested to be moved to Keserwan.
