Judge Ziad Abou Haydar charged Mohammad al-Ahmar, killer of young man Roy Hamoush, with intentional murder with death penalty; also including in the charge all those involved in the crime. He referred the case to First Investigative Judge Ghassan Oueidat.
24-year-old Roy Hamoush was killed last week on Dora highway, after being chased down following a slight car accident between him and another vehicle with three men on board.
