REPORT: Speaker Berri says agreed vote law could have been better
Speaker Nabih Berri was quoted on Wednesday as saying that the agreed new vote law was the best that could be possibly reached,” adding that it gives the Lebanese people “hopes for a new phase that would be beneficial for all Lebanese people.”
 
“The vote law could have been better,” Berri was quoted as saying during his weekly meeting with MPs in Ain el-Tineh.
