Marada Movement chief MP Sleiman Frangieh stressed Friday that the new electoral law requires a thorough read, but just its ratification is a positive step. “The only negative aspect is the absence of the women’s quota,” he added.
In this regard, he stressed that the Marada will have a complete electoral ticket in their constituency, noting that this law will give them opportunities for choices in several regions through supporters and allies.
“We will participate in the meetings of parliamentary blocs in Baabda in case we were invited,” he stated.
