Shahhal: Aoun wants to drag everyone into the abyss

The founder the Salafist Movement in Lebanon Dai al-Islam Shahhal expressed on Wednesday his surprise towards General Michel Aoun’s disregard of the difficult situation the country is going through, “as if they are trying to drag the country into strife”, he said.

Shahhal stressed that, even if he decided not to reply, the gravity of the situation made it necessary for him to reply to Aoun, who seems to be dragging the country into abyss. “Wise men should be at the lead with the rest of people in order to prevent strife that threatens Lebanon before any disaster happens and you will regret it. As we do not absolve criminals, we do not absolve who cover for them as well”, He added.
