REPORT: LBCI reveals identity of patient victim of replacement of cancer medicine

The hospital official Mona Baalbaki who was involved in a cancer medicine scandal where she replaced cancer drugs with other expired ones is reportedly blamed for the paralysis of a child.

This child is identified as F. Ch. From south Lebanon and passed away three years ago. He is one out of four children who showed similar symptoms after replacing their medicine.
