REPORT: Lebanese army deploys in areas liberated from IS

The Lebanese army started on Wednesday an operation to deploy in the eastern border areas that were liberated from the Islamic State group, as it started preparations to launch the fourth stage of Fajer al-Jouroud operation.

This as engineering units were excavating new roads and searching for landmines and explosive devices.

Meanwhile, the Army Command stressed that “no ceasefire will take place with the terrorist groups until they are completely eliminated.”
