Sources told LBCI: Lebanese detainees to be transferred from Aleppo to Kherbet al-Jawz

Sources to LBCI said that detainees will transfer Lebanese hostages from Aleppo to the Syrian town of Kherbet el Jawz.      

The same sources added that the Syrian regime is trying to hinder the negotiations because it does not want to give the Turkish authorities a playing card. Houla massacres had grave effect on the release process.

Turkish sources revealed to LBCI Tuesday that efforts and calls concerning the Lebanese detainees were suspended two days ago due to demands made by the negotiators and the rise of the expectations, noting that other parties are still working on this issue.            

The Syrian opposition in Antioch accused Syrian authorities of hindering the release process, linking the Houla massacre to the issue of the detainees, whom according to the same source are not civilians but Hezbollah members.

In this context, "Iqra'a" Association Chief Sheikh Bilal Deqmaq told “Nharkom Said” Tv show on Tuesday, that media confusion and random intervention on the issue of the release of the Lebanese detainees were the main reasons behind his and Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Zoaby's withdrawal from the negotiations. He added that Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s speech did not serve the case positively.

He also stated that Nasrallah’s speech was wrong, asking what the Syrian President Bachar Assad has done for the kidnapped for Nasrallah to express such gratitude towards him.

Sheikh Deqmaq revealed that the kidnapped are on the Syrian territories near the Turkish borders.         

Concerning the dialogue, Sheikh Deqmaq called for widening the circle of dialogue to include Islamic powers.
