President Michel Aoun reiterated his praised to the achievement of the Lebanese army in liberating the regions that were occupied by the terrorists, mainly the ones that were planted with mines.
“Whenever the army advanced, the terrorists retreated outside the Lebanese territories, until they surrendered,” he stated.
During the meeting held by the Supreme Defense Council, Aoun stressed that the investigations into the Arsal clashes will determine the responsibilities and relieve the martyrs’ families, who have the right to know what happened to their loved ones.
“This investigation also aims at putting an end to the positions and analyses,” he said.
