REPORT: Protests after violations removed in Hay al-Sellom

Angry owners of unauthorized stores and kiosks shortly cut the roads on Wednesday in Beirut’s Hay al-Sellom neighborhood after security forces removed their violations.

The security forces raided these stores at 4:00 Am and removed these illegal structures, prompting anger of the residents.
