The issue of the refugee crisis and its economic repercussions were discussed during a meeting the parliamentary economy committee held in the presence of Economy Minister Raed Khoury.
The minister tackled the issue of the effects of the Syrian displacement on the national economy, as well as the mechanism that should be adopted to control and monitor the increase in prices across Lebanese markets after the approval of the new tax law.
