Hariri: Syrian regime insists on its plot to set Lebanon on fire

Former PM Saad Hariri said on Monday via Twitter that what happened in Tripoli recently is a proof that the Syrian regime is unrelenting in its plot to set Lebanon on fire, condemning vandalism against any Alawite shop in Tripoli. “It is unacceptable and only serves the sectarian plot of the Syrian regime”, he added.

Hariri saluted the efforts of Tripoli's civil society, the army, and ISF to put an end to civil strife in the city,

Hariri praised the call of economic committees to “save Lebanon’s economy”, noting that the demands of the private sector are rightful and a part of the people’s priorities.
