REPORT: MP Saqr to LBCI: PM Hariri went to KSA out of his free will
MP Okab Saqr said on Sunday that Prime Minister Saad Hariri went to Saudi Arabia out of his free will, denying rumors that he was held hostage by the Saudi authorities.

“I was in a constant contact with him,” he asserted.

Saqr’s comments were made during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he noted that when Hariri talked about cutting off Iran’s hands he did not mean by it to cut off Hezbollah’s head.

The MP also noted that Hariri’s relation with the Saudi kingdom is “excellent.”

Saqr stressed that Hariri does not take “orders nor directives from Saudi Arabia.
