Turkish ambassador after meeting Qabalan: Lebanese abductees are safe, not in Turkey
Following his meeting with Vice President of the Higher Shi'ite Council Sheikh Abdul-Amir Qabalan at the council’s headquarters on Thursday, Turkish ambassador to Lebanon Suleiman Inan Ozyildiz said that there was no bad news on the abducted Lebanese pilgrims, adding that the Turkish government is pursuing its efforts to guarantee their release.

The ambassador stressed that the abductees were not in Turkey.
