Mikati: Opposition should be “constructive”
PM Najib Mikati stressed on Friday the importance that the opposition be “constructive”, stressing that one should not target the state in order to change the cabinet.    

During the annual gathering of INSEAD alumni community in Lebanon, Mikati said the heated confrontations confirm the rightness of the self-distancing policy towards events in Syria.
