Syrian child identified as Yazen Ahmad al-Mahahi died after falling from the balcony of the seventh floor in a building in al-Zhour in the southern city of Sidon, the state-run National News Agency reported on Monday.
The 18-months old child was transported to a nearby hospital, while the security forces launched an investigation into the incident.
