REPORT: Civil society stages sit-in over waste incinerators

Several civil society activists gathered on Sunday morning in the Riyad al-Soleh Square to protest the government’s plan to use waste incinerators.

The protesters called on the government to find easy environmental; solutions like recycling and reprocessing.
