176818 voters registered on the electoral lists will choose the deputies that will fill the eight seats of the Kesserwan - Jbeil electoral district.
Said district witnessed back in 2009 a turnout that reached 67%, while expectations say that the electoral quotient could reach nearly 15000 votes.
