Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Peter Germanos received on Thursday the dossier of former Internal Security Forces Commander Suzanne Hajj, hacker Elie Ghabach, and arrestee Ziad Itani. The case in question was referred to Judge Germanos, who handed it to his deputy, Judge Hani Hajjar, to examine it before taking the appropriate decision.
