REPORT: Request to free Itani to be decided on Tuesday- defense attorney

Director Ziad Itani's defense attorney Saliba Al-Hajj said on Monday that the request to free his client, submitted last week, will be decided tomorrow or Wednesday, upon the end of interrogations with hacker Elie Ghabach.

This as Beirut First Military Investigative Judge Riyad Abu Gheida will interrogate former ISF officier Suzanne al-Haaj on Tuesday.

On another note, former head of the north Bar Association Rashid Derbas told the state-run National News Agency that he will attend the hearing session of al-Hajj that will be held on Tuesday.

Derbas also noted that a group of five defense attorneys, including him, will represent al-Hajj.
