On Wednesday April 04, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon continued to increase, where the price of 95 and 98 octane gasoline increased 400 LBP, while that of diesel oil increased 300 LBP. The prices of fuel oil also increased 200 LBP, while that of gas canister remained unchanged.
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 26,100 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 26,700 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 17,800 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 17,700 LBP
- Gas Canister: 14,700 LBP
