The lawsuit between the Lebanese Forces and LBCI chairman Sheikh Pierre El Daher regarding ownership over the company’s brand and properties, took a new turn, as the Single Criminal Judge in Beirut Fatima Jouni issued a decision to reopen trial sessions in the case.
The decision also included interrogating Lebanese Forces chief Samir Geagea.
