On Wednesday May 02, 2018, the fuel prices in Lebanon registered further increase, where the price of 98 octane gasoline increased 300 LBP, that of 95 octane 200 LBP, while the price of fuel oil and diesel oil increased 300 LBP.
The table issued by Ministry of Energy and Water set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 27,100 LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 27,800 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 19,000 LBP
- Fuel Oil: 18,900 LBP
