The town of Ehden witnessed hours of concern and fear after news about a two and half year old boy being sexually abused spread.
In the details, the child was playing next to his parents’ house at 6:30 in the evening when a Syrian man in his forties lured him towards a field he works at located around 400 meters away from the family house.
The child’s parents soon realized their son is missing, prompting them to start searching for him with the help of the neighbors and relatives.
The attacker soon felt being following, so he left the child and attempted to escape, but failed. The parents managed to arrest him and hand him over to the security forces.
