A plan to reactivate the railway linking Tripoli to the Lebanese-Syrian border town of al-Abboudieh has been presented but not yet put into effect to be implemented.
This project is one of the many developmental projects raised during Cedre conference. However, the financial issue remains essential in executing this plan.
