Caretaker Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil stressed Tuesday that the challenge facing the political leaders amid the current difficult economic and financial circumstances is accelerating the formation of a new cabinet capable of rebuilding the trust of the citizen in the state.
Hassan Khalil said that the majority of the laws related to state management must be drafted in a way that brings back the citizen’s trust in his country, stressing commitment to fighting waste and corruption through focusing on leading wise tenders based on model rules and procedures to pave the way fro honest competitions.
