One day after the Lebanese Armed Forces and the security forces started the implementation of the security plan in the governorate of Baalbek-Hermel, a state of calm and security prevailed over the region.
The stable atmosphere was reflected in the parks, cafes and restaurants in time for the World Cup games, amid a deployment of army soldiers and security forces along main and side roads.
The residents hoped that this situation will become permanent in their region.
