[VIDEO] Car runs over ISF member in Tyre

A video circulated on Wednesday showing moment of a car running over an Internal Security Forces member in Tyre.

The ISF member was identified as Youssef Ftouni who was carrying out his duty in organizing the traffic in the region.

In the video, a car is seen insisting on passing despite that Ftouni requested from the driver to respect the traffic rules.

This as the driver was later arrested and Ftouni was discharged from the hospital after receiving the needed medical treatment.
