Amine Gemayel calls on cabinet to resign

Kataeb leader Amine Gemayel slammed on Sunday “the negligence” shown by the cabinet, voicing surprise that the Syrian ambassador has not yet been recalled after all “violations and victims in Akkar”.

Gemayel went on to call on the cabinet to resign.

During the opening of a headquarters for the Kataeb party in Lebaa, Jezzine, Gemayel voiced hope that the cabinet will reveal the identity of those standing behind the attempted assassinations “since security idleness is no longer tolerated and the lives of March 14 figures are in dangers”.
