The mountainous region of al-Sawiri in the Bekaa returns once again to the forefront, bringing with it a new tragedy of Syrians fleeing Syria’s war towards Lebanon through the rough mountains.
These refugees move at the mercy of smugglers who have not yet been prevented from taking advantage them.
