Hariri: Next Cabinet to include technocrat ministers

Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri said on Wednesday that the country is facing huge challenges, adding that the next Cabinet will implement all Cedre conference’s requirements in order to overcome the economic crisis.

“I am optimistic that the new Cabinet will restore the confidence of the Lebanese people,” Hariri said during a discussion panel at an international investment conference in Riyadh.

“The delay in forming a new Cabinet is because we want a Cabinet that achieves the hopes of the people,” he added.

Hariri concluded by stressing that women will play a major role in the next Cabinet, adding that it will include technocrat ministers.
