Israeli soldiers tried on Saturday to kidnap a shepherd from the the Shebaa town.
The shepherd managed to escape.
The soldiers seized 50 goats belonging to the shepherd.
The Lebanese army started its contacts with the UNIFIL to reveal the circumstances behind the incident.
