Geagea: other party trying to put off 2013 legislative elections
Lebanese Forces leader, Samir Geagea, said that the allies of the Syrian regime in Lebanon are trying by all means to put off the impending 2013 legislative polls, after their loss in Koura by-elections last week.

"Koura by-elections were just a sample of the next parliamentary elections," he said.

"The Syrian regime is on the verge of collapsing, it is only a matter of time; building on this, the allies of this regime in Lebanon are bracing themselves for the upcoming stage, which they see as disadvantageous to them," he said.

Geagea made these remarks during his meeting on Tuesday with an expatriates' delegation in Meerab, in presence of MPs Joseph Maalouf and Toni Bou Khater.
