The criminal court of Beirut, chaired by Judget Tarek al-Bitar, along with the advisors Mireille Malak and Fatima Majed, issued the verdict in the case of Roy Hamouch killed, issuing the death sentence against detainee Mohammad al-Ahmar.
The court also ordered the accused to pay a fine of LBP 450 million as indemnities to the plaintiff.
