It seems that a “Black Saturday” is awaiting French President Emmanuel Macron and his government, since the cabinet’s decision to suspend fuel taxes failed to convince the protesters.
According to the protesters, what is needed is not “anesthetic measures” but to change the entire economic policy, to increase the purchasing power of the people and to raise the wages.
