Following the incident of al-Jahilieh and after a poster of former Minister Wiam Wahhab with Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was raised in the town, the Qardab family asked Wahhab to remove the poster and everything related to it from the village’s entrance.
The request comes on the backdrop of a historical dispute, after the family lost several of its members during the events of May 07, 2008.
A member of the family, Hady Qardab, told LBCI that Wahhab respected their wishes.
