Asmar: Friday’s strike is not aimed against any side
The head of Lebanon's General Labor Union Bechara Asmar called on Wednesday for a general strike on Friday.
 
Asmar’s comments were made during a press conference whereby he said that the strike is not aimed against any side, adding that the swift Cabinet formation is the “correct way for the start of the solutions.”
