Bchamoun hit by environmental pollution wave
The town of Bchamoun, known for its beautiful and calm nature, did not escape the wave of environmental pollution that hit Lebanon, where green areas are being eroded day after day, because of the continuing infringements.             

The residents of the town suffer from the effects of a landfill site that was created near a residential area, where the people live with dust, bad smells and trucks’ noise.           

The municipality of the town stressed that this issue is out of its control.
