Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorist Financing Marshall Billingslea continued on Thursday his tour on Lebanese officials, and met with Speaker Nabih Berri, where they discussed the bilateral relations, mainly in terms of legislations passed by the Lebanese parliament to fight terrorism funding and money laundering.
The meeting also focused on the US sanctions and measures in this regard, as well as issues of common interest related to the US support to Lebanon.
