Serious debate is ongoing at the military level concerning two main points mentioned in the draft Policy Statement.
An item to halt employment and recruitment 2019 and allowing the employment and recruitment of only half the number of retirees per year in the four years to come, has suspicion among the military personnel, given the mission undertaken by the army along the borders and the missions entrusted to the military institution inside the country.
