Telecommunications Regulatory Authority expired in 2012 without renewal

Will the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority be formed as one of the Cedre’s reform conditions for Lebanon?

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, which was stipulated in the law 431 issued in 2002, was formed in February 2007 and the mandate of its members ended in 2012, without being extended or renewed, due to lack of political agreement.
