President Michel Aoun said that Lebanon is currently witnessing an accumulation of crises, noting that when these crises are defined, they can be addressed and resolved.
During the launching ceremony of the national campaign to boost the Lebanese economy held at Baabda palace, Aoun pointed out that he vowed to build the Lebanese economy, to fight corruption and to resolve the issue of the Syrian refugees.
Commenting on the fight against corruption, Aoun stressed that “there will be no immunity for anyone in the anti-corruption battle,” stressing that each accused person must appear before the court.
He also said that the Lebanese people must become a resistant people in order to immunize the economy.
